§ 278-3. Fees for certificate of continued occupancy.

Application forms for certificates of continued occupancy may be obtained at the office of the Code Enforcement Officer. The following fees shall be charged for certificates of continued occupancy:

A. 

Certificates for apartment: $100.

Certificate for a single-family dwelling unit: $125.

C. 

Certificate for commercial property: $100.

Reinspection: $75.
